PAKISTAN: K2 Base Camp Trek 20 Night / 21 Days

The K2 Base Camp trek, also known as the Baltoro Glacier Trek and Baltoro Concordia Trek, is a world-renowned mountain trek located in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. It is a physically demanding trek along the 63 km Baltoro glacier and Godwin Austin, and offers breathtaking views of the northern mountains, including peaks ranging from 5000 to 8000 meters such as K2 (the world’s second highest peak at 8,611 m) and Gasherbrum 2. The trek provides a panoramic view of the mountains and is referred to as the “Throne Room of Mountain Gods”. The trek does not require technical mountaineering skills and involves a high altitude walk with incremental altitude increase and acclimatization. Participants walk an average of 6 to 8 miles per day, taking 5 to 6 hours, on a trail consisting of rubble and stone. Alternatively, you may consider the K2 Gondogoro La Circuit, a circular trek.
